The Management committee chairman of Riyom LGA of Plateau state Engr. Sam Gyang Audu has disclosed that over 100 of his Berom kinsmen have been killed by Fulani armed men hired from outside the state.

According to him, properties worth millions of naira were also destroyed in the last one year by the attackers.

He also disclosed that report reaching him was that armed Fulani Wednesday night invaded Ganawuri and when they were asked to explained the reason of their movement in the night, they killed two people.

Engr  Audu  who made this disclosure at a world press conference  held at Press Centre in Jos said  so far, his council has spent about five million Naira treating those injured in attacks.
